There is a Fedora downstream bug report about updating to autoconf 2.69, as it would add support for aarch64. Might be worthwhile to consider it.

The configure script for EasyTAG 2.1.8 was generated with autoconf 2.69, so this will be fixed when the 2.1.8 (or later) package is accepted into Fedora (and other distributions).
