Hello,

if a similar problem like reported in Bug 690328, which is marked as resolved.

But in my case the gnome menu bar is in front of the eclipse context menu and I cannot see the first entries and the scroll bar, but the scoll bar works behind the menu.

I'm using Fedora 18 and Gnome Version 3.6.3 with the gnome-shell Version 3.6.3.1 in a Virtual Machine.

It seems that the context menu ends at the top of the virtual machine window like in Bug 690328, instead below the gnome menu.

It's actually bug 633620, and it was indeed resolved in the 3.8 cycle. So it's not surprising that you can still reproduce the problem in 3.6.3 :-)
