With Version 22992 I can't use the online banking menu (online actions) from register 2. It works with the old style register. I can can see the menuitems in online actions once, after that I see see only "log window".

This needs some changes to gnc-plugin-aqbanking.c to pick up the new register type GNC_PLUGIN_PAGE_REGISTER2 and _NAME and corresponding .h file.

I think this can wait for a later release as I am not sure if the new register type and all associated files will be renamed to original names when we get closer to the release.

Can you please make this bug block 673193 so we do not forget it.
