I stumbled upon this bug in Qreator and was pointed to the Champlain Widget for it, so it might be that they use an outdated widget, but I was directed to you and the Champlain Widget as the origin of the attribution.

"Map Data is CC-BY-SA 2.0 OpenStreetMap Contributors" is wrong since around April 2012, when OSM changed the license of the database to ODBL.
Correct attribution would be e.g. "Map Data ODBL OpenStreetMap Contributors, Map Imagery CC-BY-SA 2.0 OpenStreetMap" (see here: http://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright/ ).
