GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 700303
A quarter of taskbar's Gedit application remains on the screen in case fullscreen option is used for the first time
Last modified: 2013-11-03 21:02:21 UTC
When Gedit application is running and the fullscreen option (F11) is used for the first time, then a quarter of the Gedit's taskbar is shown on the screen and covers the first written row of the document. Please find the attached picture for this defect.

I confirm, when running the fullscreen for the first time, there is a gray area at the top, hiding the first line of text.
Review of attachment 244188 [details] [review]: Thanks for the patch. It is indeed better to show_all() before get_size(). I've just fixed the indentation (a tabulation instead of spaces).
