Description Alpo Turunen 2013-05-13 15:33:07 UTC
In previous versions of Nautilus, for example in Ubuntu 12.10, the Connect to server -dialog of Nautilus had drop-down menu for selecting the connection type and textboxes for username, port etc.
In newer version of Nautilus there is only a textbox for host address. The only way to specify the options is to give ftp://user@host or similar string as an address.
This impairs usability when connecting to network shares.
