Description Lukas 2013-05-12 11:21:05 UTC
When a GtkComboBoxText popup menu is larger than the height of the screen scrolling arrows aren't shown, scrolling isn't possible either. This didn't happen in gtk 3.6.

The same happens to me with Fedora 19 (gtk 3.8) and Fedora 20 (gtk 3.9.x).
The only slight difference is that the first time you pop-up the menu the scrolling arrows are shown, but from the second time onward the arrows are not shown.
This must be an Adwaita Engine problem: it is reproducible with all themes that use the adwaita engine. Everything works correctly when I use the Unico Engine 1.0.3 and, for example, the Radiance theme.

Closing this one as a dup because bug 707640 has test scripts.
