Description dgt224 2013-05-11 18:50:13 UTC
The version 1.12 Gnumeric Manual includes Modify in group 3 of the Edit menu items, but does not describe it. As a result, it appears that there is no documentation in the Manual of how to define new names or to determine or modify the definitions of exiting names.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

Note that bug #663482 is simply that the documentation is highly incomplete. We are too far from a having a complete up-to-date documentation to consider separate bugs for still undocumented features.
