There is currently no way to register a script or python plug-in to have it added to the menu in the Dynamics list.

Found in 2.8.2 but a noted Gimp developer says it has been forgotten so it's still missing in 2.8.4.

That patch is OK, but <Dynamics> should be right after <Brushes> like
in other parts of the code, please change that and push to master
and 2-8.
