The sound settings (Settings -> Sound) show a small icon in front of the items in the "Outputs" list. For normal speakers, this is fine but for Headphones, the icon seems to be missing (see screenshot).

Tested with control-center 3.8.1

It works with a newer gnome-icon-theme.
