trying to submit upload file form(attachment in the mail.ru mail site) with cyrillic symbols in path and get the "can't upload" error.

Can you try attaching a file with a Cyrillic name to this bug?

If not, can you use another browser to do so, so that a test file exists here.

seems that this bug is not appear in 3.9.2. Can't reproduce it anymore.
