The documents-collection-icon has a grey foreground colour, which is fine for applications (like gnome-documents) that use the light theme. However, for those who don't (like gnome-photos) it should have a different foreground colour (maybe #000000 ?) as seen here https://live.gnome.org/Design/Apps/Photos
