document-manager: remove calls to gtk_widget_modify_fg()

gtk_widget_modify_fg() is deprecated and the calls doesn't seem to be needed anymore.
I can atleast not spot any difference in the appearance of the tab close buttons
with or without the calls to gtk_widget_modify_fg()

Hi Carl-Anton!

Can you check if that interferes with the patches to bug #697030. Maybe those should be sufficient already and if yes, feel free to commit them.

Thanks!
