When using the dark theme enabled by gnome-tweak-tool the contacts application doesn't fully use this. 

When loading contacts for the first time it asks where we want to load contacts from, google or local, the layout is broken here.

When viewing a contact using the dark theme the contacts information on the right column uses the white theme and the left column uses the appropriate dark theme.
