Register rewrite patch

This is an update to the Possible Register migration to Treeview - 673193

As before, do not open same account register in old style and the tree-view one
and it may also be required to delete the saved pages in gconf under register2
heading.

All previous patches need to be applied.

This first patch checks for old and new account register being opened at the same time.

This second patch changes the cell selection so that it opens in edit mode once clicked.

This fixes a problem with resizing columns, maybe a temporary fix if I can think of something better. Also there was a couple of tree free's missing.

These have been  committed, so I'll close this bug.

The first and second patch I have been able to test successfully first hand. The third one is more internal kitchen.
