GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 697125
wireless networking needs updates
Last modified: 2017-04-07 14:14:58 UTC
Some of the pages here are not up-to-date with the latest redesign of the network panel: - Manually set - talks about a 'Configure' button. It is now called 'Options' - Connect to hidden - talks about 'Other' in the Network name dropdown. We don't have that anymore, there is now a 'Connect to Hidden Network' button

Created attachment 242742 [details] [review] Updated gnome-help:net-*.page Thanks for the review Kat. :) I've reflowed all paragraphs that I touched. Didn't get carried away into removing apostrophes. :) Please review this when you're free. :)

Could you push the commit now, please? I think it can also go to the gnome-3-8 branch.

Hi Aruna, are you still working on this?
I wasn't, but I can submit a new patch for this, unless you've already finished writing one. :)
I haven't started on this yet, but I'd like this bug closed within the next week or so. Make sure to test on continuous if you want to finish the patch.
I am having a little trouble with gnome-continuous, and with the new design itself. I don't think I'll be able to finish this in time. Sorry Kat, I'll see what I can do over the weekend.
No rush, I found myself two other projects to concentrate on for now ;) We should aim to get as much gnome-user-docs done within the next two weeks as possible so that translators have two weeks to do translations before the release. I have a feeling that this will be the best docs release in years as there were few enough changes that we can keep on top of them.
This bug should be a priority for 3.16. Aruna, how are you coming along on this?
