Description William Jon McCann 2013-03-26 18:42:47 UTC
It would be useful to be able to hook into when the user overscrolls to be able to:

 * Offer actions in response to the overscroll such as reload or load more
 * Add message text to the overscroll region

It would be useful for this to be present with and without touch.
