Binary package hint: evince

Received a pdf form to fill in from the doctor. The fill-in worked great (couldn't save a copy with the data, but that's a different bug report). There was a 'print' and a 'submit' button on the form's last page that did nothing when pushed. I've attached the PDF so you can see what I'm talking about.

Thanks, Scott

I confirm this bug. I attach another example, this is an official form from German "Landesamt für Besoldung und Versorgung Baden-Württemberg". The form has "Print" and "Save" buttons at its end, neither works.

Possibly duplicate of #635055, but I'm not sure if it is the same issue. Please confirm.
Comment 4 José Aliste 2013-03-26 12:58:54 UTC
It is related but not a duplicated. I believe that we don't support the action with names "Print" and "SaveAs"... Will look into it further at it seems easy to fix.
Comment 5 José Aliste 2013-03-26 13:00:48 UTC
The bug is actually partially fixed in latest evince. Only the print action works...
Comment 6 Rüdiger Kupper 2013-03-26 13:27:19 UTC
There's something else about saving:

As soon as I've filled in some field in the form (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=239861), I cannot save it any longer via "Save a copy" from the File menu. Evince displays that the document cannot be saved, since it is encrypted.
Doing the same with Adobe Reader works as expected.

This part is another bug, known, that we can't save certain types of documents after modifiying them (but it is more a poppler bug I think)
Comment 8 José Aliste 2013-03-26 13:30:41 UTC
I am sorry... the bug on comment 6 seems fixed on latest evince with latest poppler.

That's fine then, I was not sure if it was related. I use evince 3.6.0, which comes with Ubuntu 12.10.
