Hi - just wondering if anyone has looked @ this?
Which exact gtk version is this about? GTK 2.0 was 11 years ago.
It is about the GTK version that comes bundled with Solaris 10 - 2.0. We realise that it is an old version, but if we thought that the issue might be addressed in a newer version we will upgrade. I would appreciate any pointers.
Version 2.0.x is way too old and not supported anymore. GNOME developers are no longer working on that version, so unfortunately there will not be any bug fixes by GNOME developers for the version that you use. By upgrading to a newer version of GNOME you could receive bug fixes and new functionality. You may need to upgrade your Linux distribution to obtain a newer version of GNOME. Please feel free to reopen this bug if the problem still occurs with a recent version of GTK (2.24 or 3.8/3.6), or feel free to file a bug report in the bug tracking system of Solaris if Solaris still supports this old GTK+ version. You could also ask for support on the GTK+ mailing list.
sorry - duplicate comment - ignore
Do you have a link to the Solaris tarcking system?
Don't know, you'd have to contact Solaris for that. http://bugreport.sun.com/bugreport/ maybe?
