Support a style hint to center text in a <title> and/or <desc> (to be used eg. in the <ui:caption> in the <ui:thumb> to show a label above/below an included media file).

Currently, <title> and <desc> in the <ui:caption> are left-aligned by default.

Implemented in master. Style hint is "center".
