Description Enrico Nicoletto 2013-03-10 00:10:38 UTC
I commited gtk+ translations for my local (Brazilian portuguese - pt_BR) but Damned Lies is not displaying a correct statistics about them.

At this moment, the link https://l10n.gnome.org/module/gtk+/ shows that the (pt_BR) translations are 100% translated.

But when I access the https://l10n.gnome.org/module/Gtk-properties/ and https://l10n.gnome.org/module/Gtk-UI/ the statistics are not the same.

Please, someone may review it?

Thanks

Thanks Piotr Drąg !

I would like to say that the Brazilian Portuguese translation is available in the http://l10n.gnome.org/module/Gtk+/, and we skipped working in gtk´s modules for GNOME 3.8 as recomended by Claude Paroz in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=695009

Please let us know if we can help in some way.

Thanks, Enrico.

For German, the statistics are not updated at all, too. Usually, this happens a few minutes after committing to the Git. But nothing happens. Both the overview page for gtk+ and the language-specific pages don't reflect the recent changes.

Either use Claude's solution in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=695009 or update it manually, please.

Hello Mario Blättermann,

I used Claude´s solution (updated .po file in directories /po/ and /po-properties/) but when you said to use it manually I didn´t realized what does it mean.

Is it possible to manually update the statistics in both 3.8 modules or you mentioned only to update the .po files for the /gtk+/ module?

Thanks, Enrico

The problem persists. The status pages don't show the actual percentages.

As far as I can see, Claude meant to screw back to the old behavior to avoid these annoying things.

I don't know how this works in particular. As a member of the i18n coordination team, I have access to the webinterface to assign modules to branches etc. but I'm unable to fix such problems.

Thanks for your answer.

The best solution is to follow Claude´s advice and wait to see how this issue will be adressed in the future.

Thanks a lot, Enrico.
