We apparently aren't correctly displaying encoded chars in wifi access point names. The shell network menu does the right thing.

    network: Fix display of some characters in WiFi AP names
    
    The old interface used to use markup to display Wi-Fi AP names,
    but the new one didn't, but we were still escaping the AP name.
