1. Launch gnome-terminal
2. Enable the menu accelerator key (f10 by default) is uncheck 
Click f10
3. Quit gnome-terminal
4. launch gnome-terminal
Click f10

Fixed on master. Shift-F10 inhibition is also broken, which turned out to be a gtk+ bug, bug 695380.
