The idea is to have Epiphany notify the user in some way to add her account to GOA as soon as she logs into a recognized provider via the web browser. This would work by gathering as much data as possible from the web browser (eg., cookies, identity) and handing it over to the GOA provider so that the user does not have to authenticate in GOA's embedded browser again.

An extension for Chromium is in the works:

Note that we removed the cookie passing mechanism due to bug 781005
