In addition to the site we wanted to see.

$ epiphany -p "https://bugzilla.gnome.org/review?bug=694960&attachment=237746"
will show 2 tabs instead of one.

Yeah, I guess we broke the session code and the tests didn't catch this one. Will fix before 3.8.0.
