Description marc dunord 2013-03-01 02:39:48 UTC
this is a very powerful feature of MS-excel:

you select with successive CTRL-click a series of sheets and then
edit/process the hyper-highlighted one (the last one clicked)... and
the same actions modify the other selected sheets at the corresponding
cells in parallel.

in excel one cannot modify like this any identical charts present in
the selected sheets though ; this could be done for identical charts
that are somehow anchored to the same cell(s).

What does it mean to "modify a sheet"? If you edit a cell on one sheet, you clearly cannot edit a corresponding cell that has a different content on another sheet. Does this simply overwrite the original content there?
