Every time I start Banshee (using Media Player Indicator Shell extension), the volume is set to maximum, blowing my ears out.  This is when I haven’t used the volume setter, or when I have used it before.

This is annoying, it should not change the volume level.

I have no idea how to provide more useful information, so please tell me what would be useful to test.
