When previewing a document with a single page, these features are of no use:

- Bookmarking current page
- Contents & Bookmarks dialog
- Page seeker

I left out the "Page 1 of 1" label, which is dull but may serve a purpose: reassuring the user that there is no other page  (no need to stress about not finding a way to go to next page).

Good point. I pushed a patch that makes those controls insensitive now in git.
