Apparently Fedora only installs libboost_thread-mt, but not libboost_thread. This patch checks for both build variants of the library and prefers libboost_thread-mt.

Why is there "libboost_thread" even? After all Boost.Thread is about threading, and a non-thread-safe build of a thread support library doesn't make much sense. Does it?
