Steps to reproduce:
- open the following workbook
- open the chart properties
=> the vertical position of the data labels in the upper graph is different in the preview and in the actual graph

Looks like the offset is not scaled.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
