Description Hashem Nasarat 2013-02-22 19:09:25 UTC
I'm not sure which bug this was with mockups for removing the notification bar from the overview, but I remember they included some text alluding to the presence of the notification area.

Currently the overview has no vestige of the notification bar and neither does the rest of gnome shell.

I imagine few users would know where to look to eject a USB stick or view their running Rhythmbox icon.

There should be some text/buttons added to the bottom of the overview saying something along the lines of "View Notifications".
