Patch

1) Split GncBudgetView out from GndPluginPageBudget
2) Add new features to GncBudgetView
    a) If an account is a parent and doesn't have a budget amount of its own, display the sum of its children's budget amounts in gray
    b) Add "Totals" column showing total for the account over the whole budget
    c) Add new display area at the bottom showing total income, total expenses, total transfers to assets/liabilities, and overall total (income-expenses-transfers).

From what I can see you have applied the patch yourself a couple of days back.

There was no explicit feedback on the mailing list, so we can assume the other devs agree with it.
