The vala sources don't have any copyright or license information in them.
They really should.

And rpmlint doesn't like the old FSF address in COPYING.
Bring it up to speed with http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
