When you open Google-Chrome (v.24.0.1312.68), you can maximize, minimize or align the window left/right with Super+Arrows.

You can't move or resize the window with mouse. Reproduces always. That affect both my jhbuild GNOME installation and Fedora Rawhide default 3.7.4 installation.
