Please describe the problem:
Color preferences are not effected if these preferences are made just before starting the first game of Nibbles. 

Steps to reproduce:
Run Nibbles.
Change the color preferences of Worm 1(Since it's easier to identify), to a color other than the default color. Color preferences can be changed in Settings->Preferences->Worm 1
Start a new game.

Actual Results:
The color of Worm 1 does not change

Expected results:
The changed color-preferences for Worm 1 should be effected immediately.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
Changed color preferences are not effected for other worms too.

Update : Changes to the default controls are also not effected immediately if changes are made before starting the first game of Nibbles.

Closing all the bugs. A major rewrite of the code is landing for 3.20, and there's no point in worrying about bugs in the old version anymore.
