When using a dual monitor setup when one monitor is on top of another the top monitors desktop gets wrong boundaries. The screen shot illustrates the bug. Folder "1.0.0" is maximized. The display settings box/vm/folder "1.0.0" is dragged to the left as much as the boundaries allowed.

When the monitor is moved to the other side the bug can still be recreated.
