When pressing the Add report button in the toolbar (or in the File menu), an error message appears

"Could not open the file C:\Users\Максим\.gnucash\saved-reports-2.4. The error is: system-error - No such file or directory". The report doesn't get saved.

There's no difference which report to try to save. The mentioned file does not physically exist on my Win7 x86 machine. Locale is uk (Ukrainian), and my username uses Cyrillic symbols (maybe that's the reason?).

To resolve this issue you may get a better reponse by first asking this question on the user mailing list.  There are many Windows users that subscribe to the list that may be able to resolve this issue for you.

Reassign version to 2.4.x so that individual 2.4 versions can be retired.
