Preferences dialog of Evolution

If you open the Preferences dialog in Evolution, you will notice that there is white space around the tabs on top. If you look at the preference dialog of say, gedit, this is not seen.

This is mostly a theme issue.

The tabs look weird because the Preferences area is scrollable to suit netbook users with tiny screens. I don't think we should be catering to netbook users, personally, but they've been screaming about Preferences being too big for their tiny screens for years. Making the content scrollable is a cheap compromise.
