Hi!
When I want enter my administrator password,or I want open a program(from activities) I coulden't change my keyboard layout with alt+shift!

maybe gnome-shell bug? what version of GNOME are you running?

No,Because I use gnome-tweak-tool to use alt+shift to change layout! gnome-shell don't let me to use these keys.
And maybe it's gnome-shell-bug I didn't test it!
