Sam Hewitt have been working on a new icon for dconf-editor. I think it's a very nice improvement! Opening this bug to track that.

It's certainly better than the current one. Good job. Anything above 16x16 deserves to get more depth by having a shadow though. Also I think seeing a bit of the side of the sight would help. Opens up room for nice metallic shading and the fake stroke I brought up so many times and you avoid viciously :)
