Debug file

Dear Developers,

Because Orca master version doesn't focus any opened window when automatic start happening or run orca --replace command, need a general tutorial hint, depending the used desktop environment (GNOME Shell, Unity or GNOME3 fallback session). For example:
1. In GNOME fallback session: Velcome to Orca. To goto the desktop, press CONTROL+START Button+D.
2. In Unity: Velcome to Orca. To goto the desktop, press CONTROL+ALT+D.
3. In GNOME Shell: Velcome to Orca. To present Overview pane, press ALT+F1 keystroke.
The required key commands possible querying the proper GSettings schema.

If this is an acceptable change, need prowide possibility to turn on this extra message to advanced users not disturb this change. If a beginner user first seeing new Orca design, not will be known what happened he's system after Orca starts. Only he hear a velcome message, seeing he's braille display a velcome to Orca message and enjoy now.

An another option to need founding Orca why not focus initial after velcome message an any opened active window and need resolving this issue. To help found why happening this, I sending a debug.out file. This situation I have got opened a GNOME Terminal Window.

Always working reproducation steps:
1. When Orca running, launch gnome-terminal. After terminal launched, right possible running commands, for example the ls command.
2. Run Orca --replace & command (put background new launched Orca process).
Expected results: Orca need restarting, focusing gnome-terminal window and the prompt line.
Actual result: Orca focusing gnome-terminal frame window, but not possible running commands before I not switching direct the gnome-terminal window again with ALT+TAB key combination. When I not switching direct the window after orca --replace & command execution, I not possible run for example the ls command. Orca spokening the typed character, but my braille display I not seeing the typed text, I seeing only the gnome-terminal frame window title.
Visual what happening if you try this reproducation step?

Debug file with shows what happening when Orca first automaticaly start

I set --debug-file switch with /etc/xdg/autostart/orca related desktop file and generated a debug.out file. The interesting part I think have about the 54th line. This situation not have any focusable window, and a beginner user possible thinking he's system freezed entire. The braille display this situation only Orca welcome message are seeing. Where am I output right not showing any informations, because not have any focusable object.
I frayd we found two different issues with need resolving, this is the importanter issue. This situation only possible presenting a short message to user what possible doing (for example activate the desktop or the owerview pane in GNOME Shell).
Message is need short to fit a braille display if this is possible.

orca --replace related test result when I prewious have the desktop

This debug.out shows what happening if I run simple orca --replace --debug-file=/home/hammera/desktop.out command.
This situation the main desktop window frame is focused, but unable to move between icons if have. Where am I output spokening only the desktop frame title. If I press ALT+TAB key combination, I land right the desktop, and first desktop related tutorial message are Orca spokened.
