Asking the user to mark a device as audio player

This is just an idea. If a device is connected and it is not marked as an audio device by the .is_audio_player file (or explicitely not (.is_not_audio_player)), banshee will (sometimes?) ignore the device.

However, we could also ask users what to do.

The attached patch on the 2.6.0 master (2013-01) is a prototype for this functionality.
