59_install_gcm_components_on_demand.patch

I'm attaching a patch from Ubuntu. Ubuntu in particular doesn't include gnome-color-manager by default so this patch allows users to easily install gnome-color-manager if they come across functionality that needs it.

Since I noticed that Documents and sushi both now use PackageKit to install unoconv if it's not already installed, I figured GNOME might take this patch (or something similar).
