Changes needed to be able to implement CueSheet support

I've created an extension for CueSheet support in Banshee.
This code is the first setup. It works, but needs some cleaning up. 
This code expects some changes in banshee too. 
Both are added as patch.

I'm marking this as a duplicate of the original bug about CueSheet support, and I'll attach the patches there.

PS: It's always better to attach patches directly, not in an archive, it makes it easier to review them.
