Patch to remove AM_PROG_CC_STDC

AM_PROG_CC_STDC is obsoleted in automake-1.13, and it aborts upon seeing it. It's replaced with AC_PROG_CC. Latter already exist in configure.ac, so fixing this is simply matter of removing former. Patch attached.
