to quote from a private mail of the sumbmitter of this bug "galeon does not crash every time I start it; only about 1 in 10 or 20 starts fails, and only when the system is heavily loaded! So it seems there is some sort of race condition, where if the disk is going too slowly, then galeon has some sort of problem and crashes. If the system is idle, it will start perfectly every single time, and even under heavy loads it usually starts OK - just that once in a while does it crash" we've closed a number of these (bookmarks_toolbars_recreate) crashes as misconfiguration so i guess we could investigate some more

this is obviously not an isolated incident
Ric, can you please comment the bug ? I know you said me the reason yesterday, but I forgot it. This is really a must fix.
