Fix this problem

I'm trying cross compiling GObject Introspection on Debian GNU/Linux for Windows by MinGW-w64.

I noticed that "g-ir-compiler" in dependencies zone misses "$(EXEEXT)".

Looks like a fix for this was committed with bug 724874.
