See the attached screenshot.  When a notification has several buttons, and those buttons have ellipsized labels, it is not possible to read the whole text at all.

The buttons should have tooltips with the full text, or they should appear in a vertical arrangement (instead of horizontally), so they can be made wide enough for the text to fit.
