Description Mantas Mikulėnas (grawity) 2012-12-21 19:04:56 UTC
The right-click menus for notifications in message tray lack the gray border that all other menus in gnome-shell have. It's inconsistent and also makes the menu much less noticeable when it's shown on top of a black window.

A contrasting border would indeed help here. It would break consistency with the notification banners though.
Comment 3 Jakub Steiner 2013-01-02 11:08:54 UTC
Banners were indeed the reason for dropping the stroke, but I have to admit going back with the stroke will probably be the easiest solution to these really awfully looking cases.

What notification banners are you alluding to, Allan?
Comment 5 Florian Müllner 2015-02-23 23:31:24 UTC
Notification menus are gone, and notification banners do have a border with the latest style updates. So I think this can be closed.
