Add workaround for not yet existing Gtk.MenuButton.set_popup

GNOME contacts requires a fix in the GTK+ vapi that has not yet been released [1]. Either AM_PROG_VALAC needs to be updated to depend on an unreleased version of Vala or a workaround needs to be done (see attached patch).
